The Dutch Lions F.C. introduce its first-ever Conditioning and Speed Camp next week, August 2-6, 2010. From 10AM-Noon, at Stubbs Park in Centerville, Ohio. The camp will be focusing on speed work testing, conditioning drills, agility footwork, yoga exercises and extensive stretching, all WITHOUT a ball.
For the entire week, players from 10-30 are allowed to sign up for the ultimate camp. The event is perfect for HS players, who are involved in the "dead week" of OHSAA regulations, and for club players who want to get an extra boost for the upcoming Fall season.
